Booking and Confirmation:
1.1. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Nexus Travel.
1.2. Bookings must be made through authorized channels, providing accurate information.
Payment:
2.1. Payment is required upfront, as per the rates and terms specified during booking.
2.2. Additional charges (tolls, parking, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility and are payable during the journey.
Cancellation and Refunds:
3.1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
Driver Behavior:
4.1. Drivers will adhere to traffic regulations and ensure safe driving practices.
4.2. Any damage caused by the passenger to the vehicle will be subject to repair costs.
Passenger Responsibilities:
5.1. Passengers must treat the vehicle and the driver with respect.
5.2. Any illegal or offensive behavior will result in immediate termination of the service.
Delays and Changes:
6.1. Passengers are responsible for notifying us of any delays or changes in the itinerary.
6.2. Tour Transport will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Liability:
7.1. Nexus Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.2. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
Complaints and Feedback:
8.1. Any complaints or feedback should be communicated to us promptly for resolution.
Force Majeure:
9.1. Nexus Travel shall not be held responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond its control.
Jurisdiction:
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
10.2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
